So far Gunnar has been eating in his bumbo chair but as he gets more into finger food he needs more room to branch out. Yesterday Nick put up his way cool highchair apparatus.
It is like he is floating:
Note the 4 point safety harness. Eating can be dangerous business!
No complaints here!
I should have taken a picture of Truck. He puts even the best herding dog to shame these days as he is glued to Gunnar at all times waiting for Cheerios to fall to the floor. Of course from time to time I catch him helping himself off the walker tray table!

Tee Time
Not that I would ever want to wish away my sweet baby time but there are so many things I can't wait to be able to do with Gunnar. Kid's golf? A must with Grandpa London!
How To
Nick has done a great job so far in his do it yourself mechanics with our cars. He recently found a manual to our Vanagon on ebay and has been feverishly studying up. In that spirit he came across this great post that translates the manual lingo into layman's terms.
For anyone who has done their own car repair or loves someone who does their own car repair this is worth a read. Hilarious!

More Morning Fun
London Zoo
Now that Gunnar is enjoying some finger food truck has found his soulmate! Here is Truck using his maximum self restraint to not lick the Cheerio right off of Gunnar's face:
Finally that baby is good for something!
Don't let it be said that we have relegated the dogs to the bottom of the totem pole. Here are Truck and Gunnar enjoying a little crib time this morning:

Adventures
Yesterday Gunnar tried his hands at some peach bits for finger food. Surprisingly for someone who puts EVERYTHING in his mouth these did not make it in. Still fun though!
Later he took a tour in his walker. Love this pic:
Who me? Getting into trouble? I am sure we will be seeing this expression more and more in his teenage years!

Getting a Jump on Things
The Vanagon customization continues. Nick found a passenger jump seat on Craigslist and it has made a nice addition to the fan. It took a little fabricating to make it fit but I think Nick was secretly stoked to be able to break out the welder like the olden days.
Next on the agenda is repairing the cracked bumper. This is Nick's first fiberglass project so it should be a fun one. Pics of work in progress:

And Then There Were Two
Yesterday was a monumental day here at London Acres as Gunnar hatched his first TWO teeth! He is such a good kiddo that we barely noticed except I had felt some painful sensations while feeding him. Once I finally got around to investigating I was shocked to see teeth. I would post a pic but that would require me having 2 extra set of hands so instead, here he is enjoying watching the snow yesterday morning:
Love you white fang!
